Christ's Commission:
"Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name
of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey
everything I have commanded..." Matthew 28:19-20
Our Mission:
To help people Meet JESUS, Follow JESUS, and Serve JESUS.
The heart of our mission is to MAKE DISCIPLES by helping people meet Jesus (GOING), follow Jesus (BAPTIZING), and serve Jesus (TEACHING).
Meet Jesus - helping spiritually LOST people meet Jesus Christ through authentic relationships with Christ's followers
Follow Jesus - helping BELIEVERS in Christ to follow Him through:
Inreach (deep relationships with each other),
Outreach (serving one another),
Upreach (worship & prayer),
Downreach (God speaking to us through His Word)
Serve Jesus - helping FOLLOWERS of Christ to develop and use their gifts and passions to serve Jesus by serving others.
What We Believe
1. We believe the Bible to be the only inspired, infallible, authoritative
Word of God.
2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons:
Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in
His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death
through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to
the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and
glory.
4. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people regeneration
by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. Salvation is a free gift and is
received by the individual placing their faith in Christ for the forgiveness
of sins
5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose
indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
6. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that
are saved unto the resurrection of eternal life with God and they that are
lost unto the resurrection of eternal damnation apart from God.
7. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ.
Core values
Inreach... loving one another through encouragement and fellowship in
both large and small groups.
Outreach... serving one another with humility and communicating the
message of Christ to our community with authenticity.
Upreach... worshipping God with genuine hearts, and praying to God
with thankful, fervent, and expectant hearts.
Downreach... teaching God's Word with relevance, and expecting God
to actively work in our lives.
As we prioritize these values, God will "add to our number daily" (Acts 2:47), and we will become a healthy church and multiply healthy churches as we help people meet Jesus, follow Jesus, and serve Jesus.
